Team arrival and check-in

• When: October 24, by 13:00
• What: check-in at reception, registration for first-time flyers, judges meeting and submission of practice formations

Practice flights of 3 minutes start at 14:00. A flow declaration will be requested.

Entry order

The entry order will be announced on Saturday together with the draw and will follow this order:

1. FS Rookie
2. FS Intermediate
3. FS Open

Competition schedule

Friday, October 24

• 14:00 — Practice sessions and flow declaration
• 14:30 — Judges meeting and draw
• 16:00 — Competition starts
• 20:00 — End of day one

Saturday, October 25

• 08:30 — Competition day two starts
• 17:00 — Competition ends
• 18:00 — Awards ceremony

Registration

• Deadline: October 5, 2025
  (€ 100.00 late fee after this date)

Pre‑competition training

• Hourly rate: € 650 in the 2 weeks prior to the event
• Maximum: 2 hours of training

On site there are 8 trolleys available for ground practice.

FAI membership

The FAI membership renewal must be completed by October 5, 2025 to allow judges to validate the Championship.
Please notify us if any participant has issues with the renewal.

Event confirmation

The event will be confirmed only if a sufficient number of registrations is reached to validate the Championship.
