Bank transfers must be arranged at least 3 working days before the flight date for accounts with Italian banks, and 5 working days before the flight date for accounts with foreign banks. Once the bank transfer has been made, it will be necessary to send the payment confirmation receipt via email to info@aerogravity.it indicating name, surname, address, tax code and telephone number in order to issue the payment receipt. In case of invoice request, it will be necessary to send together with the payment receipt, name and surname and telephone number also the complete company details (including the recipient code) to info@aerogravity.it specifying in the "email subject" field the text "invoice request for the Company". Terms and Conditions We remind all participants that it is mandatory to arrive at the facility one hour before the booking time. If registration at our reception does not take place 30 minutes before flight time, the booking will be lost and a penalty equal to 100% of the purchased package value will be applied. We recommend consulting the information on our website regarding directions to reach the facility. We are located in a newly developed area and our assigned address is not recognized by all satellite navigators. Cancellation and Refund Rights It will not be possible to obtain refunds for any type of payment for purchasing flight packages with booking or gift vouchers. Booking Changes Up to 3 days before the booked flight date, booking changes can be made without paying additional fees. 2 days before the booked flight date, changes can be made with an additional charge of 25% of the entire package value to be paid upon arrival. 1 day before the flight date, changes can be made with an additional charge of 35% of the entire package value to be paid upon arrival. On the same day of the flight, booking changes can be made with an additional charge of 50% of the entire package value to be paid upon arrival. In case of no-show at the facility, the booking will be lost and a penalty equal to 100% of the purchased package value will be applied. The customer has the right, for one time only, to suspend a booking, provided with at least 3 days notice. In case of booking suspension, the rescheduling date must be communicated within and NOT beyond 15 days, otherwise the booking will be lost, with application of a penalty equal to 100% of the purchased package value. Vouchers Our vouchers (except for those related to special promotions for which the expiration date will be indicated on the voucher itself) are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. It is possible to extend their validity for an additional 6 months at a cost of 50% of the voucher value. The request for validity extension for an additional six months must be made strictly BEFORE the original expiration date. Once the voucher is redeemed, the code will refer to a specific booking date and therefore the current rules will apply in case of changes (see "booking changes" section). In case of technical shutdown of the facility, caused by sudden and unpredictable failure that makes it impossible to carry out the activity, bookings made with vouchers will be cancelled and the voucher reactivated to make a new booking. It is not possible under any circumstances to obtain a cash refund for bookings made with vouchers.
